Project Wrap Up - For Bob's final visit to the Elmwood neighborhood in Providence, it's back to the attic renovation, and the completion of the new fitness area. The tub is in, and the workers from the Melrose Group explain to Bob the difficult process of renovating the turret space. Next, the granite tile is laid down, with a special tiles on the floor that are heated through a series of wires underneath. Bob gives a final tour of the finished Elmwood projects throughout the neighborhood, and looks at some of the other small projects that have been underway. Finally, it's back to the attic space to meet with homeowners Don DeSantis and Ron Hirshauer and look at the finishing touches, including fiber optic lights, and a new sound system, and the Gymsource fitness equipment.
