Welcome to Brooklyn! - Bob begins a new season in Brooklyn, New York, in an area known as "DUMBO," or Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass. With beautiful downtown Manhattan in the background, Bob begins with a brief history of Brooklyn's waterfront area. In this episode, Bob tours the building, which has been abandoned for several decades. The warehouse, which once housed a pepper mill, is slated for three floors of residential space, with the first floor reserved for commercial use.
