Brick FaŤade Restoration and Period Windows Installed - Bob begins with a progress report on demolition and reconstruction work accomplished to date. On the building's exterior, power washing is underway on the front faŤade, and Bob and Chris Vila discuss plans for restoring and repairing the existing brickwork. The development company estimates 25 percent of the brick faŤade will need to be replaced. At the rear of the building, new six-by-six double hung Pella windows are being installed on the fourth floor.
